How can I sell my items with Never Ender?

I submitted info and photos of my items and never heard back?
Since we get so many submissions, time only permits us to respond to artists whom we'd like to work with at that time. We keep all submissions on file so you may hear from us at a later date.

What are your hours?
Never Ender is open Tuesday - Saturday, 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm and is closed on Mondays.

Do you still have art shows like you did at your gallery in Reno?
Yes, we change our art out every month. Our new space is smaller, so there is not a designated gallery, but we use a few walls to show the art.

What is "Midtown"?
Midtown is the central part of downtown Reno. It features boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, tattoo and piercing studios, coffee shops, art and music venues and so much more. The best thing about Midtown is that most of the businesses are small, independently owned and very unique.

Shipping and Online Ordering:

How long do items take to reach me once I order?
We ship orders either USPS within a day or two of receiving them, so depending on where you live it will take as soon as two days up to five days.

What is your return policy?
Being that most of our items are one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches, we are unable to return items. We try to make shopping online as easy and accurate as possible with our sizing specifications and photos. If you ordered the wrong size we will do what we can to exchange your item as long as we have the correct size in stock. If the item is not in stock the only other option is to exchange the item for another item by the same artist, of the same price. We can't exchange artwork. If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item, we will of course do what we can to fix the issue. You must contact us within 2 days with any of the above issues.
